In 1932, a loudspeaker company was founded in Yorkshire, England that would become synonymous withhigh-quality and high-fidelity reproduction for the next seventy-five years. That company was Wharfedaleand we are proud to announce a special edition version of our best-selling Diamond 9.1 loudspeaker to celebrate this auspicious occasion.

IAG’s Chief Engineer, Steve Hewlett, designed the Wharfedale 75 anniversary loudspeaker as acelebration of our past successes and a tribute to the dedication of our engineers, our distributors, and our loyal customers. Steve has dedicated his life to the pursuit of loudspeaker design. For over thirty years, his designs have been winning awards all over the world at the very highest level.

What makes the difference?

The loudspeaker is a Diamond 9.1 loudspeaker – winner of more internationally-recognised awards than any other loudspeaker in its category - but with a very exclusive, high-quality wax-oiled real walnut veneer finish, with champagne trim, magnetic front grille and vintage grille-cloth.

The quality and finish is nothing short of breathtaking and stands as an example of our manufacturing ability and attention to detail.

Each pair is numbered and supplied with an authentication certificate.
